The finish on the armoire looks fantastic. Looks a lot like what I am going for on a new project I am going to be starting. Good luck at the new job.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness Pamela! I don't know what rock I've been under but somehow I missed hearing about your new job! That is so exciting my friend and you are just the perfect person to be working there. I am so thrilled for you and I know you will be great! Your armoire is looking gorgeous too and belated anniversary wishe so you and your hubby. :-)

I don't know, Pamela; I think if i worked there I'd be spending my paycheck before I walked out the door! Those chairs and the ottoman are gorgeous! Plus, I like the clock and I'll bet I could find at least 10 other things I'd want. Good luck! I'm sure you'll be fine and enjoy yourself.
ReplyDeleteI love what I see of the armoire so far. I would love to start that darn headboard I got before we move. This way it can go straight into the master when we get there and be all set up with the bed.
Can't wait to see the big reveal!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous armoire! The shop you are going to work at is devine! I am sure you will do well.

How exciting to get to work in that store. The picture is gorgeous. I think Kathy is right, I would be spending my pay check at work. Good luck with the kids first day of school. So sad the kindergarten teacher didn't make the room more fun for the kids.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new job! It sounds like you will love it.
ReplyDeleteI always find this time of year sad. I was ready for my kids to go back to school but I missed them. So I started planning thing I wanted to do for the first few days they were in school. My youngest is 20 but he and his friends have been hanging out here all summer so I am using a gift certificate a friend gave me to treat myself to a facial and pedicure.
I hope your "first day at school" goes well.

HI Pamela, Sounds like big changes around your world. Best of luck! Love the armoire as well. Liz
ReplyDeleteThat is a gorgeous finish. Good luck with your new job, I'm afraid if I worked in a place with all of that great stuff I would be spending every penny there. Thanks for visiting!
