Hope y'all had a wonderful Easter holiday weekend!! We worked some more on our flooring and had a lot of family time! We have the living room fully floored but will be having to take some back off due to leveling issues. Grrr! I finished the fireplace last night and now just need to do touch ups on the paint to get it ready for its reveal. I can't wait! In the meantime here is a small project that I just finished up this morning.
In came my old faves. |
Wow! Way tooo shiny so out came my Annie Sloan Chalk Paint samples and some antiquing glaze. |
End result! Can't wait to find a home for her now! Linking up to the following parties: Wow Us Wednesdays over at Savvy Southern Style |
Big difference, Pamela! I love it and I like the way you did it so the eye {or eyes} stayed brown. I love bunnies, too, and I've been enjoying watching the real-life "toddler" bunnies discover my yard. Unfortunately, I also have to keep an eye on my Husky to make sure she doesn't go after them.
ReplyDeleteLooks great Pamela! I'm getting my chalk paint on Fri. and I can't wait to get started. I also bought one of those tart warmers at Walmart last week after seeing your post about it. I got the same tarts too and it smells amazing! Thanks!

She looks beautiful Pamela. What a good deal, I would have brought her home also. I cannot wait to see more of your floor, and hear more about it. I have been online looking this morning, of coarse ours will be a fall/winter time project. We don't do inside stuff in the summer, too much to do outside.
ReplyDeleteOh Pamela, that looks wonderful, great job! I have to say, that was a great little buy! Lucky you!
ReplyDeleteI'm happy I found my way to your blog~

She looks darling Pamela and I am in awe that you are even able to do something like giving a bunny a new look while you are in the midst of your big project! I got some laundry done today...that counts for something, right? LOL!
