We are still working on finishing up our kitchen but today I thought that I would share with y'all where we are at. |
This section of counter space just collected clutter while we were doing our projects. It was screaming for us to complete the backsplash. |
Our plan from the beginning was to install tongue and groove for the backsplash. It is finally up though I still need to fill the nail holes and paint. |
Here is what it looks like today. |
When we were on vacation the condo had a Keurig and the entire family fell in love with it. To be honest our boys use it more than I do right now making Ice Tea, Hot Chocolate and Apple Cider. |
These are my utmost favorite mugs! They are from the Pioneer Woman collection at Walmart. The mason jars are as well. |
I needed a way to store the pods for the Keurig so I opted to use this fun little birdhouse I had. |
Oh and I forgot not only did we put up the backsplash but we finally got around to installing the new hardware too!:) |

Perfect backsplash for your kitchen! Love it.
ReplyDeleteThank you bunches! It is classic so I told Mr. Front Porch it will be a long time before I want to change it up. LOL.
DeleteIt looks AWESOME! What a fresh, fun, colorful and updated look - love love love it, Pamela! Well done, ma'am!!
ReplyDeleteThank you Michele. I debated long and hard about what color Keurig to purchase but I just loved the blue one. I figure when it craps out I will go with one that flows more nicely with the kitchen.
DeleteOh it looks so nice. Great job.
ReplyDeleteThank you Marty!
DeleteThat back splash looks great! We are doing our own back splash after we move as well. I never knew you could buy aqua Keurigs.
ReplyDeleteI am so happy to have it mostly completed. The Keurig was purchased at Target. It is the only store that carries that color. I just loved how fun it was but next time will get one that actually matches the kitchen selections.
DeleteLove it all! I'm in love with the way you used the little bird house for coffee pods. What a fun idea. The backsplash and the hardware are both perfect for your farmhouse kitchen.
ReplyDeleteI love it. So classic. Cute Pioneer Woman mugs. I love Walmart.
ReplyDeleteI love the back splash, we are in the process of redoing our Kitchen & living room Putting Hardwood floors in every room, In our Kitchen we were only going to paint But we Noticed 4 of our cupboard doors ( white Vinyl wrap 20yr) has started to separate where we put the toaster oven & coffee maker the doors above my oven ( even though i wiped down after use) has discolored. SO Now we are looking for New Doors.
ReplyDeleteWow. Having such coffee bar in kitchen of my home, will be a perfect idea as my husband likes to have coffee at least 6 times a day.
