Yellow Plantation House- House Hunting Part 2

Today I thought that I would share with you all another home from our house hunting adventures.

This home is one that had me at hello as soon as I saw it pop up on MLS! Our Realtor arranged for a showing for the very next day but due to flooding issues we had back in April I decided to post pone the showing for three days so that the rain would be completed. This home is about an hour away from our current home and I did not want to get stuck and not be able to get Oldest & Littlest from school.

I call this home the Yellow Plantation Home. It is everything we had been hunting for as far as the style of the home and sits on over 2 acres.

Sadly before we were able to tour this beautiful home it went under contract. I am not surprised really!

The interior itself though beautiful, was a little on the formal side for our taste. An easy enough fix over time with a little sweat equity.

To top it off it had an amazing backyard with pool! Though I was disappointed that we did not get a chance to see this home I knew that it was not meant to be ours. If it had been then it would have still been there waiting for us. Thru out our entire hunt we keep saying that God has plans for us and he will lead us to our next home like he always has in the past. We just have to be patient and trust in him!
