Hey everyone! It has been awhile since I have been able to blog on a regular basis. I have SOO much to share with you all. You see we have been up to something pretty big behind the scenes here. Something we have been contemplating and exploring for about three years now. We knew we wanted to do it but we just were not exactly sure when the right time was. After much prayer we decided that the right time has finally come.

Over the last four months we have been busy as bees getting our home ready to put on the market. We have lived here for 7 wonderful years and though we are sad to leave it and would gladly pick it up and take it with us we are excited for the new adventure that is before us. Closets have been cleared out. Furniture has been sold and projects have been completed. All that is left to do is to finish staging our home. |
 |
The lock box has been installed as well as the sign placed in the yard. I won't lie I did cry a little when our Realtor placed the sign in the yard. This is the home that Oldest began Kindergarten and Littlest was potty trained. They were only 5 and 3 when we moved in. They are now 12 and 10!! We have so many wonderful memories in this home and I am thankful that we can at least take those with us wherever we go. |

St. Joseph has been buried and this weekend I will be completing the staging. Pictures will be taken on Monday afternoon and we will be live by Wednesday!
It has been a long first half of the year trying to prepare to sell while at the same time house hunting. There were many things we had to take into account in conjunction with our wish list. |
 |
Over the next few Sundays I will be sharing some of the homes that we considered and which ones made it to our short list. I also will start sharing projects and room updates. I can not wait to share all the details so I hope that my friends will find their way back to me and join us in our journey to finding our next home! |
I buried St. Joseph on one of my sales too! Best wishes to you in your new adventure. I think the house will sell quickly. ;)
