Beautiful home! I prefer carpet in the bedrooms for softness and it's quiet. You can of course add a pool. Can't wait to see more!
ReplyDeleteIt was a lovely home!
DeleteBeautiful home. This is a great way to approach buying a home. I'm with you on wanting wood floors throughout out home. We have always had that because our home have always been homes built in the 30s. We like to use oriental carpets over the wood floors. I'm with you on limiting the bathrooms. We have three, and that's plenty! '-) Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI love that home and would prefer that kitchen to a great room open concept type like we now have. It's the reason I want to sell after 5 years. With that keeping room, it really is a better set up. And I'm wondering if there is a room that you can convert to a bedroom easily? It's just too lovely to pass up.
ReplyDeleteThis one is very pretty as well and does seem to hit alot more of your check marks. The kitchen seems fairly open to me. It has a keeping room that is fabulous and that porch. You've done it before you can always add another pool!
ReplyDeleteAs you know.... you can add that pool!
