This is as far as I have gotten on the half bath make over. First I went to get another gallon of paint and they were out of the one tint they needed to make the color. Then the next day baby girl decided that she was going to have tummy troubles. After a very long day and little sleep I made this make shift sanctuary for her. That didn't go smoothly either. The darn baby gate was too wide for the door so I just ended up screwing the darn thing into the door frame. Yeah, maybe a little extreme but quite fixable. I was going off of three hours sleep so it was my best solution. |
Oh my gosh Pamela, Miss Savannah is a little cutie!!
ReplyDeleteIsn't that just the way it goes? If it's not one thing it is another! I am glad the little sock thief is feeling better. The bathroom will be there waiting for you!;>)
ReplyDeleteIt is supposed to get into the low 50's here tonight- unbelievable after all the heat we have had- xo Diana
Pamela, That is one cute girl. Sorry you are having so much trouble.
ReplyDeletePamela, isn't that the way it always goes, when you really want to get something done? Glad to hear the little lady is feeling better!
ReplyDeleteUgh, I hate it when you are all geared up for a home improvement project, then it goes sideways and the whole thing is scrapped.
ReplyDeleteYour doggie is looking so cute! Send some of those Fall temps my way!
Lol, I love that you screwed the baby gate into the door frame. This is hilarious to me. Do we need to send sweet Sanannah Grace a stash of socks? Hubby has tried to fix some up for Sophie to play with because one of his lil old lady patients told him that socks are her dog's favorite toy in the world. Sophie would never play with them tho. If you need a baby sitter for her, just holler at Soph and me.
ReplyDeleteIt's like having a baby in the house all over again, Pamela! Glad she slept through the night, hopefully that's her new routine. Such a cutie! We had our first cooler day in a long time and I pulled out some Fall stuff. I wound up not doing a whole lot, but it's enough for me.
ReplyDeleteShe is so innocent looking isn't she?
ReplyDeleteI remember how exhausted I was when we first got Bailey. Not much sleep at all and constantly watching her every move. She chewed up the house faster than I could keep up. I even sat and cried one time. It does get better. Anytime I mention another dog my husband says remember when Bailey was a puppy? Yes dear I do.
I remember when mine were that little so innocent. Although, they are still innocent little things. She seems to be doing fine and looks strong.
ReplyDeleteCynthia
She may be a sock thief, but she's a darling one! My pup threw up in the bed this morning...what a way to start my day!
ReplyDeleteI know your bath will be finished soon...I can't wait to see it!
XO,
Jane
The joys of home projects!
