Fall Touches on the Porch with Balsam Hill

Edited Note: I planned on having a few new posts to share but we are dealing with Hurricane Harvey right now. So far all is well. In the meantime I have fall on the brain and have been dreaming up plans for our front porch. Last year we were still in our rental for fall decorating so I can not wait told decorate the porch here at the new house!

Fall is technically upon us now though it certainly does not feel like it. I have been wanting to decorate/nest like you would not believe! Fall and the holidays are my most favorite time of year and it was killing me to know that all of my fall decor is in storage. You can imagine my delight when my friend Courtney from French Country Cottage asked me to participate in a fall blog hop. Wait, all my fall is in storage...

No worries there because Balsam Hill offered to send me and some of my other favorite blogging gals a few items of our choice from their fall catalog. I was beaming with joy!
Back Porch Before-From My Front Porch To Yours
I thought that I would share a Before pic of the space I decided to transform. This is the back porch of our short term rental minus the dozen or so spider webs I made Mr. Front Porch sweep away for me.

This is the space now! I decided to pull out the indoor/outdoor rug that I used in our living room at our previous home. It was slated to be used on the back porch at the new house anyways. I then brought out the rocking chairs I had been hoarding inside for the front porch at the new house. I figure why not enjoy um now.

My most favorite DIY Welcome sign along with a beautiful Autumn Abundance Garland and twig pumpkin added some much needed charm to the backdoor area.

I love anything copper. Probably goes back to when I was little and my mom collected copper molds. The copper mugs are a hit not only with me but also the boys.

The Autumn Abundance Wreath is just gorgeous! I was not sure if it was going to be as full as it was in the picture but it was and more.

The Pre-Lit Twig Pumpkins are great because they run on battery so there is no limit on where you can place them. They also have a blinking setting.
