I know a lot of you are over winter by now so today I thought I would warm ya up with a tour of a beautiful farmhouse beach side retreat. This place is one of my favorite rentals and I hope to talk Mr. Front Porch into vacationing at it one of these days even though it is a 14 hour drive from here. I keep crossing my fingers!;)

Welcome to Serendipity I! This amazing ocean front home is on Ana Maria Island. Just an hour south of Tampa, this tranquil retreat boasts not one but two balconies over looking the beautiful Gulf Of Mexico and its white sand beaches along with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

I do not think that I would ever want watch t.v. the entire time with a view like this. |
|
Cozy sitting area in front of the fireplace for those chilly days. I love the driftwood tree on the table and look at those small windows flanking the fireplace. Talk about charming! |
|
This hands down is one of my absolute favorite dining rooms! The cow painting to the chandelier and drift wood sail boat! |
|
Updated kitchens are a must for us when we rent and this kitchen seems to not have left anything out. It even has a farmhouse sink! |
|
I could get use to waking up to this every morning. Check out that amazing headboard. I believe the listing stated that they have since updated the headboard so I can only imagine how great it must be. |
|
Grab a book and listen to the ocean waves crashing upon the shore. I bet it is the most peaceful setting! |

To see more wonderful pictures and find out rental information about the Serendipity I you can head on over to HomeAway which is where I find all of our vacation rentals. I love this site. From renting for the past 11 years I highly recommend that you purchase the additional travel insurance if you decide to rent thru them. It could come in quite handy and well worth the price if you need to use it! We learned the hard way one year and never again will we go without it.
I have a few more properties to share with you that I found while hunting for our vacation rental this summer so stay tuned.

ReplyDeleteThere's a house in my town that I toured recently. She had a similar headboard and she said it was an old window. A huge window. :)
Oh my, what a beautiful place. Love the cow at the ocean and those driftwood trees. Beautiful view.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I could stay there too!

ReplyDeleteI could stay there for a lifetime... or at least a week to get out of the cold! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful place! I can't imagine watching tv either. I would be outside enjoying as much of that gorgeous view as possible. I would love to be there now away from the cold and the snow.
