Welcome to our Christmas living room for 2014! |
Come on in and visit awhile. |
This year I decided to bring color into our Christmas decor. I combined all the things that I love- farmhouse, french, and vintage. |
The silver tinsel garland I was not sure about at first but after placing it on the tree I fell in love. It is just the vintage touch I was looking for and oh how it makes the tree sparkle! |
I used many of the same ornaments we already had and added in some new from handmade pipe cleaner candy canes to reproduction Shiny Brite ornaments. |
I used DIY candy cane battery operated candles above the tv armoire. |
As always Christmas lends a beautiful view from the kitchen while washing dishes. |
Santa was kind enough to snap a few pics for me when he stopped by. |
The tree looks so magical at night! |
All three of our fur babies felt lead to supervise the photo shoot!;) Stay tuned for our Christmas Kitchen. In case you missed any of our Christmas 2014 posts thus far I have them posted on our Christmas Home Tour 2014 page. Your beautifully decorated and photographed holiday house is just spectacular, Pam. One of my very favorite Christmas photos from all the blogs this year is the gorgeous one above of your mantle. I could sit and gaze at that every night until next Christmas. Perfection!

Spectacular Pamela!!
ReplyDeleteMy mom always had silver tinsel garland on our tree when I was growing up. She LOVED it and between it and the ornaments the tree couldn't be found. ;) I agree with Jane... the mantel and skates on the mirror are perfect. And your tree at night is stunning. Thanks for sharing all your beautiful decor and hard work with us Pamela. [[hugs]]
