Spring Dining Room

The dinning room spring decor all started with this bunny centerpiece I made over the weekend. If you missed that post you can see it here.

I pulled the topiaries from the fireplace. They needed some height though so I placed them in coffee cups.

Here is the full table display. I really like how it all came together though I REALLY need to purchase or make a nice burlap runner.

Next up I did a little tweaking of the buffet.

I had to make a home for my new little cow creamer from Target.

I finally decided to make the little picture frame into a mini chalk board.

A rabbit throw that I purchased from HomeGoods a few years back lays on the vintage side chair.

The opposite side of the room. Nothing much changes here but the display in the bird cage.

I like collecting odds and ends plates and cups when I go to HomeGoods. I was able to make a pedestal with a few of them here.

The welcoming view from our foyer.

The view from the hallway to the kitchen. I love how the sun light shines into the dining room. That is why I won't put any type of shade or shutter up. One day I may put up a half shutter but that would be way down the road when I am done with all the other things on my wish list. I just love how bright and airy this room is!

Mom says thanx for touring our spring dining room! She continuously made me get down from the table during the photo shoot but in the end I won out. I think I could make it on to the next issue of GQ Kitty!;)
