We just spent the past week visiting relatives in Georgia. The first half of the week we spent with my side of the family and the latter half was spent with The Hubster's side of the family. This was a new arrangement for us. Both sets of grandparents use to live just down the road from each other but The Nana & The Papa moved up to the Atlanta area this past September. They moved to North East Atlanta and let me tell ya it is beautiful!
While we were there we got to visit with The Hubster's cousin Tina and her husband John who live in the North Ga area near the mountains! |
When we got there Tina already had all of her holiday decorating done! |
The foyer tree is just amazing! I love that she used a crown as a tree topper. |
Tina shares my love of mixing old with new! |
Their dining room has trim work thru out. |
Here is another view into the dining room and you can get a glimpse of the beautiful ceiling. This is truly a custom built home! |
I love this habersham styled book case in their hallway to the great room. |
This antique church pue is one of my favorite pieces! I hope to be able to find one one day. |
Beautiful antique horse Tina's hubby hunted down for her! |
This is their master bedroom. The walls thru out their home are neutral so Tina adds pop of color with her accessories and fabric choices! |
Another antique rocking horse! I have been trying to hunt one of these down to put on the landing above our front door. |
The lovely seating area in their master. |
Around every corner was more and more eye candy and well the master bath was no exception! |
Tina is a lady after my own heart! I swear we are kindred spirits! She has chandy's every where thru out their home and oh my they are simply gorgeous! |
I love that she used one large rug. I have two smaller ones but now I am on the hunt for a larger one after seeing her bathroom. Their entire home was full of inspiration! |
Let's go into the great room shall we! |
Fabulous vintage radio! |
I love this old cabinet that she stores books in! |
A simply stated but gorgeous fireplace! If ya wanna see more of this gorgeous home be sure to stop back by! I will be sharing the rest of their home this upcoming week!
