It has been almost 3 months since we closed on our suburban farmhouse. A lot was going on the first few months so only recently have I been able to start putting my touch on our new house turning it into a home. I can NOT tell you how happy that has made me! I have missed doing projects so much.
The first room on my list to get started on was our laundry room. Over the holidays the in-loves arrived and helped us remedy the dryer situation. The duct work made the dryer stick out from the wall over a foot and thus made a small space even smaller. After that was figured out we were able to place the washer and dryer in the proper place. The washing machine use to open up into the hallway and would drive me nuts.
