The Crewel artwork above the secretary is actually what inspired my theme this year. I am so glad that I lucked up on it back in August at Goodwill. I can only imagine how many hours it took for whomever made it.

I decided to paint the back of the secretary Duck Egg. I thought it was the perfect backdrop to make the decor pop out instead of blend in.
