Silhouette Cameo Review

I jumped at the chance to team up with Silhouette to review  their Silhouette Cameo. I have been wanting one for a few years now.
There are so many projects that you can do with this machine.
Along with the machine they also sent along some supplies to play with which turned out to be  perfect since I was in the Christmas mind set. I chose to play with the printable silver foil.
The Silhouette Cameo comes with some designs already installed but I had fun shopping their store where they have TONS of designs to choose from and most at just 99 cents.
I was afraid that the Silhouette program would be way over my head since I am not a techie but installation was a breeze as well as downloading and designing. I have only had a chance to do simple projects so I am sure there will be a learning curve.
I had a little trouble at first trying to load the foil properly but The Hubster stepped in and got it right off the bat. Now that he showed me how to do it it is very easy. The boys enjoy watching the Silhouette cut the designs.
These are what I made with the silver foil snowflakes I cut out!
All in all so far I am really enjoying the Silhouette Cameo. I have already started on a Christmas sign using it. I will soon be sharing a tutorial on how to create your own snowflake ornaments using the Silhouette Cameo!

Stop back by on Thanksgiving for some exciting Silhouette news! You will NOT want to miss it if you have been thinking about getting one for yourself!
