Welcome to THT # 57! Last week was our second largest turn out ever! We had 82 fabulous entries so it was hard to choose what ones to feature. THANK YOU to all who come by and party every week and welcome to all the newbies!:) I have so much fun visiting with y'all every week.

Our Home Away From Home took us on a tour of her beautiful home! Thank you Marie Elena for inviting us in!

Kelly over at Eclectically Vintage shared this super fun summer time wreath!

Miranda over at Pressing On shared with us this cute side table she redid!

You Are Talking Too Much stopped me in my tracks with this adorable Pirate dresser!! Rebecca has some amazing talent y'all!

As always thank you to all who partied last week! I am so truly honored to have such talent partying at my place! If you were featured please feel free to grab the "I've Been Featured" button!:) I have the newly updated button with html code on my sidebar!

What would be a HUGE help and encourage more comments not just from me but others as well would be for everybody to take off their required verification codes for leaving a comment. This seems to take just a few seconds of time but when you have to do it on 30 or more blogs it takes up a TON of time. Last week most everybody had turned off their Word Verification which made it so much easier for me to stop by everybody's links! Thank you!

READ THE RULES PLEASE!:)
Now on to this weeks party!
As with all parties there are the normal rules. You must link back to From My Front Porch To Yours in your THT POST. Just common courtesy. If ya don't link back ya don't get to party. Only link up to your Treasure Hunt Thursday post and NOT your blog homepage. Please No advertising and PLEASE NO MORE than 3 links from the SAME party goer. Also NO MORE linking up to your own link parties. I am seeing more and more link ups of just people promoting their own linky parties. I know it takes time to go back and make a separate post to join the party but it is just the polite thing to do. If you find your post deleted it is not because I am a meany, I just have to make sure the rules are being followed. You can save some of your posts for the following weeks party! Please only link up new posts and not posts that you linked up the week before. Also be sure to visit at least the link before you and after you to just say Hi! It makes partying all the more fun! If you are new around here I would love it if ya become a follower!:)

Too Many Irons

If you follow me on FB then you already know all the projects that I have been working on. For those of you who don't follow me I have way too many irons in the fire I guess the saying goes.
The Hubster says that our house almost qualifies for an episode on Hoarders!;)
I had been hunting high and low for a solid wood frenchy dresser and finally a few weekends ago I found one at a great price!
I have been working on it ever since. Here is a sneak peek at it thus far. I cant wait to have it completed!
I also took on a custom job! This beautiful buffet has gone black and is getting ready to be distressed and glazed in the next few days. The humidity here is awful though so I am having a few issues with dry time.
And I am also pretty close to revealing the frenchy desk! I just need to take some steal wool to the top and do one more coat of poly on it and then it will be ready for the ball! I LOVE it and I know y'all will to!

So what have you been up to these days?

Happy Mothers Day!

I hope that everybody is having a fabulous Mothers Day! We wish we could be near ours so Mama and Nana consider your self hugged and thank you so much for being such wonderful moms! We love you!

Today we have not really done much of anything. I worked a little more on one of my projects and yes I will share as soon as it is done. Its a slow process this time around and I apologize cause I know y'all have been listening to crickets over here when ya visit. I also cleaned up the kitchen and have been catching up on my Bravo shows and TLC shows while doing laundry. How exciting uh!?;)
I did though receive some fabulous one of a kind treasures this morning that are truly priceless!
Littliest made me this candle holder! He LOVES making things with duck tape these days and empty tp and paper towel holders.
Oldest made me cry with his heartfelt thoughts. I will be keeping this close to my heart for ever!
My boys are the loves of my life and I thank God and The Hubster everyday for giving me the gift of being a mom! It is truly the most rewarding and most loving job that there is!
